Knowledge and skills
Toolmakers and Related Workers are expected to have:
• Knowledge of the properties of various metals, woods and plastics
• The ability to interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of metal casting
• Knowledge of the proper use of metal
working equipment
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Transferable skills should include:
• Written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and/or English
